Welcome to focusmeters. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site and services for tracking deep-work sessions and progress. By accessing focusmeters, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services

focusmeters offers guided deep-work session bookings with qualified consultants. Each session is scheduled upon confirmation and tailored to your productivity goals.

Reimbursement and Rescheduling for Services

• Full reimbursement available for cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before the session start time.
• No reimbursement is granted for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session due to reserved consultant time.
• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time without fee, subject to consultant availability.

2. Information Products

Digital courses, e-guides, templates, and tracking tools are delivered electronically through focusmeters.

Reimbursement for Information Products

• You may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the material has been accessed or downloaded.
• Requests should be made via Contact Us with your order details.

3. Goods

Physical products such as tracking journals, planners, and branded merchandise are sold through focusmeters.

Reimbursement for Goods

• Requests for item reimbursement must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received.
• Shipping costs for sending items back are at the purchaser’s expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment method.
• Note: For hygiene and safety, certain items may not be eligible for reimbursement; such exceptions will be noted on the product page.
